When Carli and Mili told me about the Heliconia Scholarship Foundation, I immediately felt enthusiastic. It means a lot to me that I was able to obtain my bachelor’s degree. I’m therefore happy that we can provide scholarships, so that ambitious youngsters from less advantaged backgrounds still get the opportunity to study at university. I enjoy investing the knowledge that I gained during my study of Engineering Design & Innovation in our charity as the secretary. It’s a great feeling to be part of the Heliconia Scholarship Community and I look forward to supporting many youngsters in their education.

Tim is our secretary. He takes minutes of meetings and is the contact person for external contacts such as donors, sponsors and volunteers. Within the Heliconia Scholarship Foundation, management functions overlap and everyone supports each other where necessary.
